Please include your iOS version and the TalkCraft app version (Profile screen) when reporting an issue. We’re a small team — expect a reply within a few business days.

Subscription & billing

TalkCraft has a free tier with daily limits. Premium unlocks everything and is offered as a weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscription. On iOS, Apple handles payment and renewals; on Android, Google does. We don’t see your card details.

Prices are shown at the time of purchase in your local currency. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Restore purchases

Got a new phone, or reinstalled the app? Open TalkCraft, go to the paywall (Profile → Unlock Premium), and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID (or Google account) you originally purchased with.

Cancel Premium

Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing. You keep Premium until the end of the current term.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google. We can’t issue them on their behalf.

If something obviously went wrong on our side — for example, the app didn’t unlock Premium after a successful purchase — email [email protected] and we’ll help.

Your data and how to reset it

All of your practice data — progress, streaks, XP, review cards, settings — lives on your phone. We don’t hold a copy on a server.

Troubleshooting

My progress disappeared

Progress is stored locally on your device. Reinstalling the app, restoring from a backup that predates your practice, or switching to a new phone without restoring will reset it. Because we don’t sync to a server, we can’t recover progress that’s no longer on your device. If something else is going on, email us with your iOS/Android version and app version.

Premium didn’t unlock after purchase

Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple ID or Google account you purchased with. If the issue continues, take a screenshot of the charge and email us.

I can’t start a session

Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If that doesn’t help, restart the device, then email us with your device model and OS version.

The app is showing an old price or offer

The App Store caches prices and offers. Fully close the app, leave it for a minute, and reopen. Prices shown on the paywall at purchase time are the authoritative ones.
